"THE LANGUAGE OF RAPPORT - UTILIZING NEURO-LINGUISTIC PROGRAMMING TO ENHANCE RELATIONSHIPS" Presented by Kathy Poehnert

Women business owners, living in a ‘relationship economy’ recognize the importance of doing what comes naturally to most of us: connecting with others and sharing who we are and what we ‘do’. Relating, effectively, confidently and with intention, can significantly affect our range of influence and our bottom-line productivity both personally and professionally. Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is simply a way of examining and understanding human behavior and consists of a series of specific techniques to help create the kind of reality we desire. By learning how to establish rapport within ourselves and with others, we increase the likelihood that our personal and business relationships will be successful.

Kathy Poehnert is a member of our chapter and she is the owner/director of InSight Services, and is a certified Life Empowerment Coach. Kathy is also certified in NLP and has over 25 years of experience empowering and educating others to live life to their fullest potential.

The October Dinner Meeting will be held at Old Time Tavern on Toms River, NJ. Pre-meeting starts at 5:00, and networking begins at 6:00, followed by buffet dinner and our guest speaker, Lisa Teach. Dinner is a buffet, with many selections, including (but not limited to) Chicken Francese, Roast Sirloin of Beef, Salmon Provencale, Tortellini Alfredo, and various salads. Reservation Policy: People who reserve for a meeting and don't show up without cancelling will be charged.

Unless cancellations are received at least three days prior to the meeting, no refunds will be made. Last minute phone reservations will be honored, however, people who do not make an advance reservation by phone may not be accomodated.
