Learn which wines goes best with chocolate. 4 JG’s Winery and Chocolate Legends have teamed up to discuss wine and chocolate coupling while we are sampling and networking. Weather permitting a tour of the wine making facility will also included. Cold hors d’oeuvres including bread, cheese, crackers, shrimp platter, antipasta platter are included.
The Giunco family has farmed in Monmouth County for over 60 years. Four JG's seek to grow quality fruit and make the highest quality wine. Founded in 1999, Four JG's Orchards & Vineyards is located on a farm with barns and houses that date back to the early 1700's.
Four JG's attention to good farming practices and careful selection of rootstock that grow well in the soils of Monmouth County has already produced many award winning wines. From winter pruning to fall harvest, the vineyard is closely monitored and constantly maintained to guarantee the wine grapes are exposed to the best combination of hand crafting, sunlight, and water. Four JG's winemakers follow a simple philosophy that only the best grapes grown on their farm are selected to go into the bottle.
